低壓(ya)(ya)配電(dian)(dian)柜(ju)(ju)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)行(xing)業(ye)則先于高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)行(xing)業(ye)將計算機(ji)(ji)技術(shu)(shu)應用(yong)(yong)與產(chan)品(pin)(pin)結構中(zhong)。實現產(chan)品(pin)(pin)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)和網(wang)絡化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),并(bing)已(yi)有(you)智(zhi)能(neng)的低壓(ya)(ya)斷(duan)路器(qi)、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)控制器(qi)、過載繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)、大連開(kai)(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)(ju)等(deng)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)問世(shi);此外(wai),國(guo)(guo)內低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)在可靠性研究、無觸點開(kai)(kai)關(guan)、真空技術(shu)(shu)、限流(liu)技術(shu)(shu)、零飛弧、高(gao)性能(neng)和小型(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、組合化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、模數化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、模塊化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)均(jun)取得了可喜的成績。我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)(ju)已(yi)發展到(dao)金屬封閉型(xing)(含鎧裝、間隔(ge)和箱式)、低壓(ya)(ya)則以封閉抽(chou)出式單元為(wei)主。各(ge)種高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)手車式、中(zhong)置(zhi)式、環網(wang)柜(ju)(ju)、F-C柜(ju)(ju)、箱變(bian)以及低壓(ya)(ya)抽(chou)屜柜(ju)(ju)、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)控制中(zhong)心等(deng)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)已(yi)大量上市。我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)高(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)成套設(she)備(bei)均(jun)已(yi)等(deng)同或等(deng)效(xiao)采用(yong)(yong)IEC標準,根據國(guo)(guo)情在絕緣要求上還嚴于IEC標準。我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)行(xing)業(ye)中(zhong)不(bu)少企業(ye)已(yi)開(kai)(kai)始采用(yong)(yong)CAD、CAPP、CAM、CAE、MIS等(deng)先進技術(shu)(shu),部分(fen)重點,骨干企業(ye)已(yi)具備(bei)CIMS技術(shu)(shu)。值得一(yi)提的是(shi),直到(dao)二(er)十(shi)世(shi)紀結束,無論(lun)是(shi)國(guo)(guo)內還是(shi)國(guo)(guo)外(wai),整個電(dian)(dian)器(qi)科學理論(lun)尚未達到(dao)成熟和完(wan)善的地(di)步,特別是(shi)對電(dian)(dian)弧過程及其數學模型(xing)的建(jian)立等(deng)課題,仍(reng)然(ran)有(you)待進一(yi)步研究。電(dian)(dian)器(qi)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的設(she)計除發熱、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)力、電(dian)(dian)接觸、電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)特性等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)有(you)一(yi)些零星的經(jing)驗(yan)公(gong)式外(wai),說到(dao)底不(bu)過是(shi)類比優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)加實驗(yan)的方(fang)法。
