低(di)壓(ya)(ya)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)柜(ju)(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)行(xing)業(ye)則(ze)先于高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)行(xing)業(ye)將(jiang)計算機技術(shu)應用與產(chan)(chan)品(pin)結構中(zhong)。實(shi)(shi)現(xian)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)智能(neng)(neng)化和網絡化,并(bing)已有智能(neng)(neng)的低(di)壓(ya)(ya)斷路器(qi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機控制器(qi)、過(guo)載繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)、大(da)連開(kai)關柜(ju)(ju)等(deng)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)問世;此外(wai),國(guo)(guo)內低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)在(zai)(zai)可靠性研(yan)究、無觸點開(kai)關、真空技術(shu)、限流技術(shu)、零飛弧、高(gao)(gao)性能(neng)(neng)和小型(xing)化、組(zu)合化、模(mo)(mo)數化、模(mo)(mo)塊化等(deng)方(fang)面均取(qu)得了可喜的成績。我國(guo)(guo)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)關柜(ju)(ju)已發展到(dao)金屬封閉型(xing)(含鎧裝(zhuang)、間隔(ge)和箱式(shi)(shi))、低(di)壓(ya)(ya)則(ze)以封閉抽出式(shi)(shi)單元為主。各種高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)手車式(shi)(shi)、中(zhong)置(zhi)式(shi)(shi)、環網柜(ju)(ju)、F-C柜(ju)(ju)、箱變(bian)以及低(di)壓(ya)(ya)抽屜柜(ju)(ju)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機控制中(zhong)心等(deng)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)已大(da)量上(shang)市。我國(guo)(guo)高(gao)(gao)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)成套設(she)備均已等(deng)同或等(deng)效采用IEC標準,根據國(guo)(guo)情在(zai)(zai)絕緣要求上(shang)還嚴于IEC標準。我國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)行(xing)業(ye)中(zhong)不少企業(ye)已開(kai)始采用CAD、CAPP、CAM、CAE、MIS等(deng)先進技術(shu),部分重點,骨干企業(ye)已具備CIMS技術(shu)。值得一提(ti)的是(shi),直到(dao)二十(shi)世紀結束,無論(lun)是(shi)國(guo)(guo)內還是(shi)國(guo)(guo)外(wai),整個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)科(ke)學理論(lun)尚未達到(dao)成熟(shu)和完善的地步(bu),特(te)別是(shi)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧過(guo)程及其數學模(mo)(mo)型(xing)的建立等(deng)課題,仍然有待進一步(bu)研(yan)究。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的設(she)計除(chu)發熱、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)力、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接觸、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁特(te)性等(deng)方(fang)面有一些零星的經(jing)驗公(gong)式(shi)(shi)外(wai),說到(dao)底不過(guo)是(shi)類比優化加實(shi)(shi)驗的方(fang)法。
